The Six Steps

1. Choose one of our Villages – We have multiple locations throughout the area, allowing you to select the neighborhood you want based on everything from school systems to how close you are to work and family.

2. Pick out an available lot – Whether you want a private backyard or a home with an attractive view, we can find the lot that fits your needs. From water lots to corner lots, the choice is yours.

3. Decide on one of our many floor plans – Our multiple floor plans are designed to fit your lifestyle. Depending on the size of your family or the amount of maintenance you want to do, we have a floor plan for you.

4. Select Your Amenities – We understand that homeowners are individuals. That’s why we provide various choices for you to select from to personalize your home. Whether it’s the carpet or the countertops, you choose various other amenities that will make your home unique.

5. Provide us with $2,500 and your pre-approval letter – Unlike other building companies, you won’t have to make interest or house payments for up to 6 months while your home is being built. Even construction financing is unnecessary! If you own another home, you’ll have time to sell it, reducing your risk.

6. Close on your dream home in 6 months or less – At the end of six months you’ll have a new, high-quality home. You’ll feel satisfied and secure in knowing your dream home was built with minimal risk and minimal money down. Plus, you’ll have little-to-no-maintenance expense for years to come because your home is brand new!
